Skills Development

Here is a list of skills I've gained during the editing of my music video;

• Marking- making sure the lip syncing matches the song
• That the jump between shots has to be to the beat of the song, so the music video flows
• To use different shots for different parts of the song to tell our story, e.g. when the bridge of the song comes in our artist is on a bridge.
• I learnt that there can't be too many cross-dissolves in a music video
