Analysing Three Music Videos
There are many different influences that have come into action whilst figuring out how the music video will be portrayed. Some of which have been very strong and I have become inspired by some music directors effort and their hard work!

The final video that I am influenced by is Christina Aguilera's - Beautiful music video because there are various editing skills that have been included. For example, in the video there are two men about to kiss, but as you notice, they seem to be moving at a normal paste but the people behind them have been slowed down. Perhaps this will help in the making for our music video. Making the singer of the song stand somewhere and people walk passed her either at a fast or slow paste.
Editing
I was trying to think of some fading in between clips, slow motion clips because it is a slow song and perhaps some sort of reverse recording. I think this would make the music video seem more professional as I obviously wouldn't use fast transitions because that would not make any sense whatsoever!
Mis En Scene
For the mis en scene for our music video it is still in discussions whether or not we find a suitable bedroom with the requirements we need. Prior to editing if we do not find a bedroom with the specific requirements we may need to think of other ways we could get round to it!
The singers clothing hasn't been spoken about much amongst the group but I could imagine the singer of the song to be in casual/smart clothing. I quickly came up with what the singer could be wearing on set bearing in mind that she would have to change at least three times!
I was thinking whether to dress the artist in clothing that doesn't really stand out much but then decided that we would need for her to dress in casual/smart clothes so we could distinguish the difference between the actors/actresses to the actual singer.
For the actress that will be starring in the music video, my group and I thought that she should be dressed in dull 'cold' colours like blacks and whites. This could represent her not being free and in saying so, she could then change into something more brighter as in the lyrics, at the end of the song it expresses how to be free and be yourself whatever the case!
Furthermore the choice to have black and white could also suggest that the person isn't free within themselves, there trapped with who they are and they have to gain the confident to come out of their skin and be who they want to be!
