The first thing that appears on the website is a small banner asking visitors to choose their location. This shows that Jessie J is acknowledging her fans from outside the UK, as the language may be different.
On the main page, there is a big image of Jessie J's face and her printed signature signing. There are also options such as 'news', 'blog' and 'gallery', so we can see that members of the website, can access new information very easily.
The audio player caught my attention as it only plays a snippet of the selected songs, 55 seconds to be exact. I think this is her way of giving her fans a 'sneak preview' and a little taster, which will lead them to purchasing the song afterwords, or even the album
Jessie J's online store contains the full versions to her songs and her latest album. The title of the song/album and the price can be read easily as they're quite big, to emphasise what the customer will be purchasing and how much they will be purchasing for. Under the description for her latest album 'Who You Are', some of her achievements are listed such as previous awards she has won, and high-profile musicians she has written songs for such as: Justin Timberlake, Alicia Keys and Christina Aguilera.
This promotes how successful she has been in the short amount of time she has been around for - she also walked away with four mobo awards on Wednesday Night. (Another four awards to add on to her achievement list). Below that there is also a column for more featured products again promoting her music and making fans aware of what's being sold.
Clicking on the 'more info' button makes it even more specific and contains the track list, different types of formats, and how much each single costs. There is also a button for you to 'add to basket' to purchase straight away and another button to 'tell a friend'. This is a chance for the fans to alert their friends and family about the website, passing on the news.
Jessie J's style is seen as unique from her short black bob cut to her sparkly different shades of lipstick. Sadly, our video is too 'depressing' to follow her usual image fully, but in general she stands out of the crowd with her dress sense. On the website, she has a photo gallery with loads of different pictures of her. This could be a good way to promote a brand as she may be wearing one of their items, and it would be broadcast on the website, and maybe even fashion and/or music magazines.
